Alta House is a 3-minute drive from the Angel Fire Resort ski base, with wide windows that look into the trees from the upper-level living area. This two-level home sleeps 8 in three bedrooms and three baths, with a wood-burning fireplace, a wraparound deck, and room for up to two dogs.

A flight of exterior stairs leads to the front entrance. The upper level holds the main living space and all three bedrooms. The living area has a wood-burning fireplace, a sofa and loveseat that seat 5, a flat-screen TV with DirecTV, and wide windows where wildlife can often be seen in the trees. The wraparound deck opens off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, and the adjoining dining area has seating for 6.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV with DirecTV, a walk-in closet, and access to a balcony. Its en suite primary bathroom has a shower-tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

The lower level has a second living area with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a games table for cards and board games, plus a third full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. A full-size washer and dryer are in an open mechanical room on this level, and the two-car garage opens into the house.

The wraparound deck has seating and looks out into the trees, and the primary bedroom has its own balcony.

Pack and plays and high chairs can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.

GENERAL: Wi-Fi, linens and towels, hair dryers, hangers, kitchen starter pack, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Pack and plays and high chairs can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.
LOCATION: LOCATION: Alta House is a 3-minute drive (0.6 miles) from the ski base area and a 7-minute drive (2.5 miles) from the Angel Fire Country Club.
PARKING: Two-car garage with access from inside the house, with room for 2 to 3 more vehicles in the driveway.
POOL AND FITNESS: Not on-site. The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club, 2.5 miles away, are open to guests for a daily, weekly, or monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort are reserved for Lodge and Eagle Wing Suites guests and are not included with this home.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys and fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, so the housekeeping team removes trash after check-out. Please bag all trash and leave it inside the home, not outside or on the decks, where wildlife can get into it. If you need to remove trash during your stay, please take it to the Angel Fire Recycle Park, 27 Halo Pines Terrace.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere at this property, including decks and patios.
Alta House is a designated pet-friendly home. Up to two dogs are welcome for a $125.00 pet fee.
A 4WD or AWD vehicle, or chains, is required to reach this home during the winter months (November–March). If you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult conditions and use caution.
