INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have 2 active exterior security cameras (one located at upper driveway - entrance to the house and the other is located at the lower driveway). These cameras monitor exterior perimeters only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
