"It was a great experience except for the fact that check in time was 2pm and they told us to wait as they still need to "touch our room" and we sat there for a good 45 minutes until we decided to go back to the counter and reinquire about our check-in to which they apologized and proceeded to give us room keys. When we arrived in our room there were still people fixing the room up. We were compensated with a small fruit tray for four people, hardly good enough. I was paying for the presidential suite so I expected a better service than this."

"A little bit off the main drag which means it's quiet. Small hotel. All rooms face the gorgeous pool! Rooms are cavernous/warehouse size! Clean. Fabulous amenities! Great TV options. Staff is top-notch! They communicate with you and reply to you before your visit whereas other hotels just ignore your messages. I will be returning here."
