Room was tired, blow dryer burned my hands, mattress was maybe 3” thick, key failed to work every time I left and came back, shower water bounced from scalding to cold back and forth. Staff was great, the only silver lining

Although the hotel is now a little dated, the room was clean with basic facilities. But for the reasonable cost it suited us for the 2 nights too visit Angers.

IBIS CENTRE ANGERS

Ibis is well situated for the centre of Angers but lacks easy loading/unloading now .Paid parking is about 200 metres away but is often full . Rooms are small but comfortable; linen provided is just about acceptable unless you are a large person !

Ibis Angers Centre

Location in Angers centre is good but no parking or stopping by hotel makes loading or unloading very difficult . Towels are too small and not replaced.

La literie n'était pas de bonne qualité. La chambre était petite. Le personnel courtois et de bon conseil. Le petit déjeuner pas Top, limité, il a fallu signaler un manque de vieinoiseries, de pain 15 minutes avant la fin. Pas de reassort il fallait se contenter des restes. Le repas du soir au top. Par contre l'hôtel est situé en plein centre ville donc très bruyant. Nous avons été déçu, par rapport à notre 1ère venue

Literie très inconfortable...pas de matelas !!!

Nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit... il n y a pas de matelas!!!! Juste un surmatelas de 5cm environ sur le sommier. C est la première fois que nous voyons cela dans un hôtel, même un hôtel de 1ere catégorie est plus confortable. Quand au petit déjeuner qui est servi jusqu'à 10h n y allez pas a 9h 30 il y a déjà moins de choix

Ideale Lage und preiswert

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum, jedoch somit keine eigenen Parkplätze, womit viel Glück beansprucht werden muss, um einen zu finden. Ansonsten sauberes Zimmer, etwas klein aber okay. Etwas lärmig während der Nacht. Check-in / check-out sehr schnell und unbürokratisch.

Le pire Ibis qu'on ait connu

Restauration repas du soir. Malgré une faible fréquentation, le service n'était pas à la hauteur.(pas de proposition de carte des vins, de desserts etc.) Le vin servi au verre était du vinaigre, et a nécessité un changement de la bouteille. Comment est-ce possible ? Au moment de fermer le store de la chambre n°500 celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû demander un changement de chambre et avons été déplacés à la 323 à 21h ! Au moment de se coucher nous avons constaté que le lit est composé d'un sommier tapissier et d'un surmatelas enveloppé dans une housse plastifiée, le tout très inconfortable. De ce fait j'ai passé la nuit à me deplacer dans le lit pour laisser sécher l'endroit où j'avais transpirer du fait de la structure plastifiée du marelas. Au moment de payer on m'a demandé le prix de la chambre, des petis dejeuners, et de la taxe de séjour alors que ceux-ci avaient été déjà payés !!!! Comment est-ce possible à notre époque avec tous les moyens informatiques à votre disposition ??? J'ai donc payé les deux repas avec les boissons. J'aurais apprécié un geste commercial au regard des déboires de ce séjour. En tant qu'habitués des hotels Ibis vous comprendrez que nous ne souhaitons plus vivre une telle situation.
