"It was clean, very pretty, best hotel by the airport for sure."

"Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Rooms are well kept and spacious. Excellent stay"

"Very convenient if needing a hotel by the airport with free shuttle service running every 15 mins or so. Staff was friendly and held our luggage after checkout so we could catch the light rail to the city for a few hours before our flight. It wasn’t really close to the Light Rail (maybe 1/2 mile up the street) but if you’re not by yourself and it’s not nighttime, then the walk/area is totally fine. "my wife and daughter had dinner at the hotel and experienced diarrhea and the only thing they ate together was the clam chowder. otherwise they said the food was good."

"Easy stay close to the airport."

"Unbelievably loud from street traffic. Very difficult to try to sleep even with air conditioner on. When I came down in the morning to check out the staff person never asked how things were and barely acknowledged me. Very unprofessional. Will think twice about staying there again, considering the price I paid for the room. I did appreciate the shuttle service though."

"The breakfast was wonderful! Best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Shuttle was on time and great driver!"

"The TV/remote control didn’t work"

"Clean, friendly staff, great gym."

"The airport shuttle drivers are so nice, and the front desk is helpful and friendly. However, the hotel feels very rundown and when I checked in and got to my room, the door was open and I felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler."

"Front desk staff Imesia and Dan were excellent. Helpful, courteous, and professional and very friendly. Catalina the van driver was awful rude and doesn’t speak English and sour personality. The swimming pool was great and the foosball and Ping Pong very nice. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Our room 265 was a beautiful view of the courtyard and clean with a pleasant smell."

"Everything was good except the pillows in the room. The pillows you lay on them they get flat no support whatsoever. I spent the last week and two other hotels and had no problems sleeping because the pillows had the perfect support at the Hilton. I was up all night."
