A 4-bedroom barn conversion able to sleep up to 9 guests plus babies, ideally located only a 2 minute stroll from the village & only 10 minutes by car from wonderful sandy 'blue flag' beaches with lots of fabulous family attractions close-by.

Hot tub, sauna and HEATED & FENCED shared swimming pool with our other two homes so a great chance for the kids to meet new friends. The pool has been specifically designed and built with children's enjoyment in mind with lockable entrance gate.

King-size comfortable beds, 42inch. TV with UK channels , Wii console, x-box 360, internet access, iPod docking station, Jacuzzi baths, 5 burner range cooker, plus a huge range of books (for all ages), films, magazines and a swing ball in the garden for your family evening tournaments,

We specifically cater for families with children by supplying everything you should need. We have an extensive library of excellent books (incl. lots of bed time stories), children's board games and toys from dressing up clothes to train sets, a huge library of films for the whole family & Wii console.
For the babies - We also include, in the price, a steriliser, bottle warmer, food blender, children's crockery, cutlery, a travel cot, changing mat, baby bath, high chair & push chair and stair gates.

And for the grown-ups – Peace of mind that the kids are entertained in a safe, fun environment, baby-sitting and maid service available to really help you have the holiday you deserve, 42inch. TV, for you to enjoy, when they are tucked up in bed, Jacuzzi baths for you to relax in (we also supply the bubbles!), internet access for planning tomorrows family adventure, Nespresso coffee machine for sublime coffee, plenty of magazines and books to read whilst relaxing in the sun, a Wii console for a fun game of tennis with your family and friends & of course….. plenty of wine glasses in the cupboard!

Our homes are supremely well placed for access to all the very best of France: the historical cities of La Rochelle, Mont Saint Michal, Bordeaux, Les Sables d'Olonne, Cognac, St Emillion and of course Paris are all within easy reach either by car or by fast train (TGV). If you prefer to sample many of the local attractions a bit closer to your accommodation, then virtually on our doorstep are fabulous sandy beaches, many water sports, family attractions/theme parks as well as the famous and fabulous 'Puy du Fou' theme park which has been voted the best Theme Park in the world! Or simply relax by the calm and scenic waterways and stunning vistas of vineyards, sunflowers and poppy fields, depending on the season.

Our vacation homes are just 10 mins, by car, from 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches and a minutes’ walk to the local village boasting fabulous bars/cafes/restaurants and weekly farmers market. We have a plethora of vineyards within easy of our home making your trip to our part of France a fabulous opportunity to sample many wines of our region as well as the more popular well know ones - Bordeaux, St Emilion, Cote du Rhone, Merlot etc.

The south facing yards are ideal for a relaxed family breakfast or for an evening BBQ get-together under the twinkling of the romantic lights. Cook wonderful meals on your French chimney style BBQ with a glass (or two!) of wine in your hand.

IN OUR VILLAS - We have a fabulous amount of toys/games and fun just waiting for your kids! Train set, building blocks, farm animals, dolls house, dressing up clothes and princess shoes, to classic family board games and Disney or animal puzzles plus so much more. We cater too for the very little ones, especially for babies up to toddler age, with interesting and fun toys to keep them entertained. If you do experience a rainy day, then we have thought of that too..... There are fun activities to do as a family, such as making and decorating cupcakes, coloring in fun activity sheets, sticker books, big busy fun work sheets with mazes, word searches, spot the difference, doodling and drawing.

IN THE YARD - The older kids will have hours of fun in the enclosed yard on the swing ball or enjoying family tournaments on the ping pong table. We also have 3 HUGE chalk board for the kids to be really creative and share their holiday experience through art play plus a GIANT Connect 4 game for hours of fun. If that's not enough to keep them entertained, then we also have the fabulous play-park just a minutes’ walk away too!
