"Close to train station. Beautiful area. Very good quality food at restaurant. Friendly staff. Room service was poor however. And despite hanging towels, housekeeping replaced towels daily which defeats eco friendliness. Finally, WiFi was poor"

"Overall stay at Bastion was acceptable but was let down by lack of attention to detail i.e. numerous requests for extra towels and toilet rolls. Also TV did not work and at the end of our stay had still not been resolved ( hotel notified 3 times). No kettle in room and again 3 requests before it ..."

"Upon arrival the property did not have heat or hot water nor bedding for the second bed and they will not return my emails to try and correct the issue. I left immediately without staying and they will not refund me."
