"Il posto è spettacolare, direzione molto disponibile ad ogni tipo di aiuto o consiglio. Capanna pulita e confortevole. Bagno pulito. Metterei un ripiano aggiuntivo in doccia per i saponi o gel. Cucina ben fornita. Molte ragnatele ma essendo in una foresta di banane è normale; credo basterebbe poco ..."

We spent five nights on Terceira Island and didn't get to do all we wanted to. The weather was unpredictable -- cloudy, sunny, some rain, etc. So you need some time. The town is a gem.

We love Angra do Heroismo. It is a very walkable city with lots of cafes, bakeries, culture, and beautiful scenery to appreciate. We will definitely return to Angra do Heroismo.

Make sure to go to the museum and garden up from the main square. At the top of the hill there's a monument with a wonderful view. The museum is in an old convent. A must see.
