Short getaway from a larger Rio stay

We had some trouble identifying exactly what to expect, but were very pleasantly surprised. The house is in the top portion on a cliff, with another, larger one, between the lower floor and the sea deck. This second one was not rented when we were there - I guess the feeling would be different with the lower house occupied by a different party. Excellent help of the houses employee, solving every request and problem. Whilst the house is very good, equipment was erratic and more party suited than for a regular stay. Location is great, and we had an overall perfect stay. Would repeat.

A estadia foi ótima. A propriedade é muito bem localizada com acesso a uma praia maravilhosa! A pessoa que nos recebeu foi muito solícita a todas as nossas requisições e ficamos muito bem confortáveis. Viajamos em 10 pessoas com 3 famílas e ficamos muito bem acomodados. Recomendo a propriedade e gostaríamos de retornar.

Único ponto negativo da casa são as escadas até o deck do terreno, para quem vai com idoso pode atrapalhar. De resto, a casa é espetacular, atende a todos os requisitos muito bem, praias lindas próximas, ótima estrutura interna, só tenho elogios.

Muito satisfeita com a hospedagem. O caseiro, Sr Magrinho, muito prestativo. A secretaria indicada por ele, Sra Rosângela, é maravilhosa. A casa muito limpa e organizada. Um pouco cansativa as escadas atê o píer e a praia, ADOREI TUDO! Obrigada pelo excelente acolhimento.

Mala ubicación

La casa está ubicada en un barrio muy feo y pobre, nos dio miedo la Llegada en la Noche. comparte muelle con 3 familias, y el espacio se hacía chico para tanta gente. La casa es como las fotos , pero como que las fotos fueran tomadas con filtro porque la realidad es Peor… la piscina es chica, . Camas , almohadas y sábanas de mala calidad. Todo los artículos de cocina muy desordenados poco limpio me pareció, aunque el Resto de la casa estaba limpia al momento de entregar, menos la parrilla que estaba llena de grasa. El Dueño y el Caseiro respondían rápido y solucionaban las cosas, se nos echó a perder el aire acondicionado y llegaron un día después y repararon hasta las 10 de la Noche. No volvería jamás

Linda casa

A casa é maravilhosa! O Magrinho foi super receptivo e sempre esteve se colocando a nossa disposição para tudo. Fomos para comemorar meu aniversário e foram momentos muito felizes. Mas um problema que tivemos tirou um pouco do brilho do fds. O quarto que possui 2 camas de casal estava com um cheiro muito forte, parecido qdo há infiltração. Essa foi uma parte bastante chata, pois era um quarto que seria ocupado por 4 pessoas, o q acabou atrapalhando o conforto. Devido a isso, infelizmente, dois casais tiveram que dormir em colchonetes na sala, pois não havia como dormir no quarto. Acho importante ressaltar todos os pontos positivos, que foram muitos, mas acredito que algo possa ser feito para melhorar esse lado também. Pretendemos voltar!!!!
