"Mycket bra och modernt hotell med jättebra personal. Otroligt hjälpsamma. Hotellet överraskade oss som är lite kräsna med riktigt snygg inredning i varenda detalj. Allt finns nära runt hörnet också, butiker, taxi, hyresmopeder, fina restauranger mm. Taxiresan från flygplatsen kändes lång och gick längs små vägar men när man kom fram så var det verkligen resan värt! "Perhaps by Goan standards this place is good, but despite its picture-postcard setting, I think it’s over-priced and lacking basic facilities. "The hotel was good for the price we got it (3k per night) and they gave us a free upgrade to rooms with a balcony. However, they kept delaying activating the smart TV apps for all the 3 days we were there. And whule the staff was polite and courteous to us, they kept bickering and yelling and hurling abuses at each other till 11 pm in the night. Despite complaints, this went on for 2 nights. So the hotel was clean, and bathrooms have fairly new plumbing fittings but the staff was an issue."
