On a budget

Generally a good and on a budget hotel but rooms must be cleaned better, lot of dust over the desk and where TV is placed. Breakfast is good but I've never been in the resturant i I can't review it. Very nice wellness area wit sauna, massages and pool. The gym is ok but there was 2 machine out of service, can be improved.

Ok in general terms, but 5 Stars?

The floor of the room was covered with laminate. This and the sober (and not very practical) furnishings did not create a cozy atmosphere. It was more like a room for a decent 4-star business hotel. The bathroom was clean and large but had structural defects: the paint on the ceiling in the shower was peeling off and the door frames were swelling from below and the paint was also peeling off, which suggests that the cleaning was too wet and possibly that too harsh cleaning agents were used. The breakfast was excellent.

Ac was not working in our room. Although we asked many times, they didnt fix and they didnt change our room.it waa too hot and we coulnt sleep I dont recommend using pool area with kids as stuff doesnt care whats happening. A few couples was literally acting very inappropriately in the pool and in front of the kids. there was no warning at all..they should have said adult only pool area....

The biggest problem with this hotel is that you cannot control the temperature of your own room. All AC systems are connected to one system. The rooms were way too hot, 26 Celsius through the night. They kept “trying to fix it”. Finally, someone admitted that the hotel was going to be remodeled in the next year. They should not be charging the rates they are charging when the hotel is tired, and in need of remodeling and being in the modern age. If you don’t need to be at the university, I would not recommend for you to stay here.

Had to change 2 rooms before settle in the 3rd one during our 2 nights stay. We've booked a deluxe room which was an upgrade from the standard ones on the "renovated" part of the hotel. We walked in to our first room and immediately run out because of the terrible septic smell! Without properly apologizing, front desk moved us to our second room. The room was outdated, the bed was so awful it would be better if we slept on the floor. The plumbing in the shower and bathroom sink weren't working at all, even during a very quick shower walk-in shower flooded. We had to complain once again after our first night in agony and they moved us to our third room on our second night. The accommodations weren't improved at all but at that point we just wanted pushed through the night and leave immediately in the morning. Will never stay there again!

Taken into consideration that this was based on a four night stay while attending a wedding on the last weekend in June 2026. Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. On the occasions where I needed something (a duplicate key card and a power converter) the staff quickly resolved the issues in a friendly and very helpful manner. The food was good quality, flavorful, reasonably priced and well presented. Cons: The hotel was undergoing renovations to guest rooms during my stay, and some of the noise leaked through into the rooms during the day. The room had some minor annoyances: the in room safe did not function, the automatic light in the closet did not always function and the bathroom smelt of mildew (but I am highly sensitive to Mildew and molds due to allergies) The pool looked attractive and some referred to the water temperature as being "refreshing", but to me it was very cold. Sound travelled very easily from the hallways to the guest rooms and you could easily hear hallway, conversations. Also the entry doors to the guest rooms almost slammed on closure which was fairly loud and could be easily heard in other guestrooms.

The room is clean, morning staff can speak English and allow me to check in early, evening staff lacks English and communication when I had a problem with the AC. The AC was fixed after 30 minutes of trying to explain the problem. The hotel was loud because it is a famous party and wedding venue, even when you were far from the ballroom. Loud music can keep you awake at night. Very isolated and nothing within walking distance.

Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi; çay ve kahve lezzetli, peynir, zeytin çeşitleri yeterliydi. Unlu mamuller, meyve ve omlet seçenekleri de bulunuyordu. Odamızı büyüklüğü, konforu ve temizliği memnuniyet vericiydi. Saç kurutma makinesi güçlü, havlular büyük ve yumuşak, şampuan ve sabunlar da iyiydi. Ben sadece odanın dışından gelen ve neredeyse akşam saatlerine kadar süren uğultulu şeklimdeki sesten rahatsız oldum. Havalandırma için çalışan büyük bir makine sesi sanırım. Çalışanlar işlerini mükemmel yapıyor, tekrar gitmeyi çok isterim.
