Giriş sürecinde sıkıntılar yaşadık double room tutmamıza rağmen normal oda ile başladık sonra bu sıkıntı giderildi rezervasyonun yansıması ile ilgili sıkıntı olduğu söylendi ama resepsiyonda yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar kahvaltı salonundaki çalışanlara teşekkürlerimi sunarım ve temiz bir oteldi

Lokasyon olarak çok çok iyi bir noktada olduğu için tercih ettik, memnun da kaldık. Temizlik genel anlamda fena değildi ancak yerde tam anlamıyla temiz olmadığını düşündürecek bir kaç şey gözümüze çarptığı için terliksiz gezmedik. Temizlik konusuna hassasiyet gösterilirse çok daha iyi bir konaklama deneyimi sunabilir.

Çalışanlar gerçekten çok ilgiliydi. Odamızdaki saç kurutma makinesi bozuktu ama hemen hallettiler. Oda temizdi. Konumu Atakule’ye 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Sadece tuvalet lavabo musluğu tazyikli ve biraz değişik akıyordu. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Lokasyon çok iyi

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, otel genel olarak temiz ve bakımlı, odalar geniş. Ancak banyoda alıştığımız el sabunu ve şampuan dışında, kulak pamuğu vb yoktu. Banyodaki şampuan muhtemelen önceki misafir tarafından boşaltılıp ya da sırf oyun olsun diye içine su basılmıştı. Havlu sayısı yetersizdi. Tuvalet fırçasının içi de maalesef pis su doluydu. Ama sistem gereği parayı rezervasyon yaparken ödediğiniz için vazgeçtim kalmıyorum diyemiyorsunuz. Telefon açıp, o nerede bu nerede, neden havlu eksik vs gecenin o saatinde uğraşamıyorsunuz. Tek kişilik yatak da oldukça rahatsızdı bu arada… bir de acil kuaför lazım olursa ben baktığımda 2356₺ işi 😳 Oda servisi her zaman pahalıdır kabul ama Ankara gibi yerde 80€ hizmet bedeli de nedir yani?

Oda ve banyo geniş ve aydınlatması yeterliydi. Kahvaltı temiz ve içerik olarak yeterliydi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Aile ile konakladık. Oda temizdi. Her gün düzenli olarak toplanıp eksikler giderildi. Ses yalıtımı da iyiydi, rahatsız edici bir ses duymadık. Konum olarak nezih bir mahallede yer alıyor. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Tekrar konaklamayı düşünürüz.

Güzel bir otel

Geç saatte giriş yaptığımız halde çok güzel karşılandık. Yorumlarda odaların soguk oldugu yaziyordu yanimiza kalın pijama almıştım ama gece çocukları atletle yatırmam gerekti öyle sıcaktı.Oda tertemizdi.Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi her yaş grubuna uygun fazlasıyla seçenek vardı,çocuklar açısından hiç zorlanmadım.Tek sorunumuz odaya konan ek yatağın ayağı kırıktı ve katlanıyordu.Eminim söylesem degistirirlerdi ancak geç saatti ve yorgunduk söylemedik. Her şey çok güzeldi bahar tatili için tekrar rezervasyon yapacağız.
