The internet was terrible and practically unusable, which caused a lot of inconvenience. On top of that, the location is very poor, far from main attractions and not convenient at all. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and I would not recommend this hotel.

Banyoda musluk bozuktu, kapalı haldeyken su akıtıyordu ancak ses yalıtımı iyi olduğu için rahatsız olmadık. Akıllı tv yoktu, hdmı kablo girişi vardı ancak tv duvar montajı yüzünden kablo erişimi mümkün değildi. Kahvaltıda gıda kalitesi ve çeşitliliği benzer kalitedeki otellere göre zayıftı. Restorandaki yemek çeşitleri ve lezzeti iyiydi. Spayı oldukça pahalı bulduğum için kullanmadım. Kapalı ve açık otoparkı olması avantaj. Otelin eğlence alanı olmaması zayıf bir özellik, masa ve kart oyunu için bir alan olabilirdi. Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel. Teşekkür ederim

It was truly commendable that every detail one might need during a stay had been thoughtfully considered. The staff was a definite highlight. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I would especially like to thank Mr. Eren Ortakcı. From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, he was consistently attentive, solution-oriented, and professional in every respect. Thanks to him, my stay was significantly more comfortable and enjoyable. When I return to Ankara, my choice will undoubtedly be Divan Ankara.

Otelden çok memnun ayrıldık. Oda düzeni ve temizliği çok iyiydi. Havuzu büyük ve sıcaklığı yeterliydi. Personellerin bize karşı ilgi ve tutumu çok iyiydi, kendi aralarındaki iletişimi bile belli bir seviyenin üstündeydi çok takdir ettik. Ankara soğuktur diye kalın pijamalar almıştık yanımıza, otel o kadar sıcaktı ki AVM den ince pijamalar aldık. Restorandaki yemekler de çok güzeldi. Son gün ayrılırken Selim beyin yardımları için de çok teşekkür ederiz
