Amazing Stay at Kayra Hotel. Professional, kind-hearted personnel, with all facilities which I required. Generous, understanding. Turkish hospitality at the top. It is very near to city buzz with all access to restaurants etc. Highly recommend.

Some of workers are friendly and try to help but everything was dirty, there is a problem in toilet. Towels are not good and cut. The only advantage is location.

Terrible stay .

Very dirty , terrible. No refg, no water , no sheet no tissue no glass ... . All floor , sheets , pillow ,... Towels were dirty with a lot of hairs every where.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. There were cigarette butts, the room wasn’t clean at all. The hair dryer didn’t work. And the smell… we couldn’t sleep because of it. The breakfast was terrible, it seemed like they gave us yesterday’s food. In one word, the worst hotel in all meanings.

TERRIBLE-HORRIBLE-DIRTY

I actually couldn’t stay as the room was terrible. I found it dirty with hairs on the pillow and upon my complain, I was asked to relocate to another room which was another disaster. Same hairy pillows and messy room like a warehouse. I left the hotel and was told to have a refund which never happened. Hotels.com told me they will take a look into case but they also never got back to my.

Not a Good Experience

The location was good with a very large room with a double bed and two setees. The staff was friendly and helpful. Turkish tea supply was unlimited. My car was parked in a secure basement area. No fridge in the room. However, the followong is a list of items I would expect and a suggestion for the owners and management based on my personal experience and the room that occupied. 1) No bath floor mat. 2) The toilet was leaking water into the pan continously. BREAKFAST 3)No fruit juices for breakfast. 4) No coffee. 5) No breakfast cereals. 6) No fresh or powder milk. 7) Very limited list of breakfast items. 8) No cakes or biscuits. 9) Only one type of jam Strawberry, 10) No English tea. No bin in the room only one in the bathroom.
