Fiyata Göre Gayet İyi

Fiyatına göre gayet uygun bir otel. Çalışanlar kibar ve yardımcı, otel lokasyonu süper. Sabah temizlik görevlilerin yüksek sesle konuşmasına uyandım, ona biraz daha dikkat edilebilir :) Kahvaltısı geçen kaldığım zamana göre daha eksikti. Kahve makinesinin bozuk olması biraz saçma :) Güvenlik açısından da sıkıntı yaşamazsınız. Yatak vs. rahat, oda temiz.

- The room was so old and not clean at all. - There was a long hair on my pillow. - the bathroom & towels were not clean. - Breakfast was terrible (Terrrrrible) - Internet was disconnected from 10pm upto morning and the only excuse they had was having so many guests at a same time which was ridiculous. To be fair let me tell you about the good things: - location is very good, not so quiet but close to city center, dining places and also most Embassies. - Spa was good too but they charged much more than the prices they have in the menus located in the rooms. Overall, Won’t stay there again..

Dirty hotel without non-smoking area

I booked a non-smoking room. The room was full of smoke and bad smell. They used some air freshener but not helpful. There was a match box and ashtray in a non-smoking room. The room was not clean at all. The hotel was super noisy and not located well too. Most of the staff does not speak English.

Otelde 2 gece kaldım konum itibari ile iyi bir konumda kızılay meydanına çok yakın ancak otel abartılacak bir otel değil sıradan prk numarası olmayan bir otel. İstanbulun en sıradan oteli bu otelden daha iyidir. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve bence yeterli düzeyde en büyük eksikliği özel park alanı yok.

Everything was great, Although I had made a mistake in reserving my room,but the hotel receptionist kindly managed the situation and everything was Okay. Rooms were clean,AC was acceptable,room service was proper and breakfast variety and quality was really nice and desirable.Location was perfect near to city center and all embassies.I will choose to stay in that hotel again in my next travel to Ankara. Konum ve kahvaltı mükemmel. Oda ''idare eder''... ödeme esnasında sigara içilmemiş oda istedim, aksine içilmiş oda verilmiş, kokuya bol havalandırma ile katlandık... aslı beyaz havlu ve yatak takımı griye dönüşmüş.... TV kumandası el dokunamayacak kadar yağlı ve kirli, yer halıları artık iyice yıpranmış ve çok kirli... Kat görevlileri katta sabah erken saatte yüksek sesle bağırış-çağırış içinde... sessiz olması uyarıldığında ve aynı konuda ön büroya ikaz edilmesi için bildiriğinde de şaka gibi bir yorum cevap verildi: ''bazı misafirlerimiz otelden ayrılıyorlara da o yüzden''.... halbuki gürültüyü yapan görevliler idi, misafirler değildi...

Mediocre hotel

The hotel is very close to US embassy, so it is good location wise for the people who have something to do with the embassy, otherwise it's a mediocre hotel. Nothing special, the room was small, air conditioning in the rooms was not working well, so the room was warm, and the hotel staff could not understand English so communication was difficult. Although I had requested a non smoking room in my reservation, the assigned room was so smell and we had to change the room. Lastly, if you want to stay in the 6th floor, make sure there is no party in the top floor (7th floor), there was a party the night we stayed at the hotel and the noise was so disturbing.
