They upgraded the room since there were some vacancies. Breakfast is tasty, taxi pick up place is just in front of the entrance, within 10 mins walk there are several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. It was comfortable and convenient stay.

Freat hotel with a terrible breakfast

Great hotel, but with a terrible breakfast. There are nearby places serving good breakfast (Eksi Maya etc.), so it is no crisis.

The leakage of bathroom. When I checked in there was only 1 staff and the person was not attentive. I traveled with my elderly mother and I booked with Parking and breakfast included. When my elderly mother used the bathroom for her prayer night and morning; the faucet however the leakage and its spray and water spread wet everywhere. I am concern about falling. Therefore I asked hotel to moved to different room but no answer. I stead they told us to call to this number and that number. Therefore I moved to different hotel to save time as its an essential thing for me. No refund no nothing from the hotel. I would never stay in this hotel again. I wonder if the review 10/10 is authentic. Thats the reason I chose this hotel but my experience I wouldnt stay ever again.

The property was in a great location. There were taxi pick up spots immediately around and if I ever wanted to go to any restaurants or a bar, everything is in walking distance (6-10 minutes). The entire hotel from the lobby to the staircase, to the room was all wonderfully decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel

I stayed one night at this hotel. First of all, the room was very spacious, clean, and stylish, with a pleasant atmosphere. All the expected amenities of a good hotel were available. The food and minibar prices were reasonable. The staff were polite and friendly, and the environment was completely quiet and peaceful at night. It was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this place again.
