Came to Ann Arbor to help our son move in to UM. House was very convenient and when we had some last minute issues and required a late check out, he owners could not have been more responsive and accommodating to our needs. House was bright, clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again.

The inside of this home is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. The communication with the host was wonderful and we loved all the recommendations they left for us. They even left a blender for us to use when I asked about it before the trip. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking to the local playground every evening with our kids (1/4 of a mile away). The backyard is slightly smaller than my kids would have liked and it’s noisy from the highway traffic. But the noise does not carry inside the house at all. We had a lovely time at this house and would definitely recommend it and look to stay here again in the future! 5 stars!!

For the same price as 2 hotel rooms, we were able to stay in a wonderful house with my parents and attend a family wedding. It was so clean, everything was easily found and accessible. Thank you so much JMo's Place!

We found this home warm and an overall homey feel. So clean, organized. The fireplace insert was the icing on the cake. Location was perfect from family and shopping. Owners were super quick to our inquiries. Can't wait to come again when we have a longer time to stay.

We loved staying here for a small reunion weekend in Ann Arbor! The house was perfectly located near downtown with plenty of parking. It was sparkling clean and well prepared for our group of 8, and check in/out was super easy. They were great hosts and everything went smoothly - would absolutely recommend to anyone spending time in Ann Arbor.
