Welcome to High Tide! This stunning three-bedroom and three-bath beachfront bungalow will become you and your loved one's new favorite spot. On the front deck, you can take in breathtaking sunsets and sunrises while lounging in Adirondack chairs or dining at the outdoor table while the group chef whips something up on the BBQ grill.

Inside is a delightful kitchen with an assortment of cookware and a dining room table set for four. From the comfortable living room sofa, you can watch TV or enjoy the beautiful beach view through the windows.

Experience the ultimate comfort and relaxation in the primary bedroom with a premium mattress that guarantees a blissful night's sleep and enjoy the sparkling ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious walk-in shower. The Queen bedroom has easy access to the hall bathroom, with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a high-end bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is where you can find the washer and dryer.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

High Tide is Perfect!!

Loved the beach setting. Very nice bungalow. Close to restaurants. Really loved taking just a few steps to the beach. Place was very clean and well kept.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at the end of our trip. We have been going to Anna Maria for over 10 years consecutively and will continue to go in the future. The property was very nice and has a great view. However, it isn't properly maintained for pest control. On the last night of our trip we had an infestation of some type of caterpillars pest. They were coming into the house by pretty much every location. You would think it's not a big deal until one of them bit me on my back. They sting pretty bad and leave a rash. They were specifically more activity in the right side bedroom(killed over 20). It got so bad they crawled up on the bed. At 2:00am we decided to pickup, leave and check into a Holiday Inn for $155 per night. Never have we had such a bad experience paying the rate that we paid for this location. I was very happy until this incident happened on the last night. We have stayed multiple times at the Casa Costiera unit#6 and have always had an excellent experience. I would stay away from this property. When we complained and texted over all the photos including the Holiday Inn receipt they basically said sorry and referenced the contract disclaimers. I am sure this has been an issue in the past and will continue to be an issue moving forward unless management improves their upkeep in this property. If you want to enjoy your vacation and have a carefree time, Stay Away from this property and look for something else in Anna Maria.

Paradise

Amazing location with a beautiful view and right on the beach. Walking distance to the Sandbar restaurant, Bean Point, pine st and the city pier. The house itself was pristine-clean and so beautiful. They also had great communication with us.

High Tide- Beach Cottage

The cottage was exactly like pictured! Perfect location on the beach, sunsets were spectacular! Well stocked cottage with washer/dryer! We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the beach and sunset! We will be back!

Property was as presented; small and modest beachfront cottage. All amenities were great but beach toys/chairs/umbrellas somewhat in disrepair. Location and view were fantastic. Family Getaway

We had such a wonderful stay at High Tide. The location can’t be beat. We were a short walk to restaurants & boutiques. Waking up to the sunrise while sipping coffee on the front porch and watching the dolphins play will be one of my favorite memories. We walked to watch the sunset at Bean Point many evenings when we weren’t watching it from the cottage’s front porch. The inside of the cottage was so crisp & clean and modern. We loved our stay and will be returning when we get the chance!

Great location

Great location oceanfront, newly remodeled property, everything brand new, comfortable, very clean, the house has everything you could need. Anna Maria's sea is wonderful too, transparent clear and warm water, white and soft sand, my family and I will be back for sure. The perfect vacation spot!

We had the best time here! The house was absolutely adorable with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect with just steps to the beach which was gorgeous and walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again in the future.
