Welcome to Castaway Cove, this beautiful residence is a Bean Point gem, a stunning 4 bedroom property and 2.5 bathroom on the exclusive Northern end of Anna Maria Island! Hide away from the world, relax and soak up the sun in the private backyard with heated pool and lush tropical landscaping.

Walk to Pine Ave & City Pier from this designer 4BR/4.5BA home on Anna Maria’s coveted north end. Enjoy a private heated pool & spa, three suite bedrooms, a kids’ bunk room, and the convenience of an elevator — just a 5-minute stroll to the sugar-sand beach.

The downstairs game room provides an excellent 8ft Pool Table and Air Hockey table, perfect for adults and kids, or enjoy either of the 2 Smart HD TV's (internet only). Want to work on your beach body during your stay? Make use of the Bow-flex weights & treadmill in the Castaway Cove gym or stretch out your back on the inversion table! Have a refreshing outdoor hot or cold outdoor shower after the workout.

We have 2 Adult Bikes, 2 Kids Bikes + one small Bike, all for you to use around the island at your leisure.

Get the best of both worlds in a gorgeous home with fantastic amenities and a great location with the pristine white sandy beaches of Bean Point just a short 2 minute walk away! Three houses to the beach. Other fantastic local spots to visit are the renowned Rod and Reel Pier and Restaurant located just a brief 4 minute walk away, or the beautiful, newly renovated Anna Maria Pier and the popular Pine Avenue showcasing local boutiques and restaurants and so much more!

The sleeping arrangements include a King-sized bed in the Master bedroom, 2 Queen sized beds on the upper floor and a set of bunk beds-comfortably accommodating a group of 8.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, with new appliances in 2023, ideal for making a home cooked meal with the fresh catch of the day or simply indulge in the local cuisine, there are many fantastic restaurants or home delivery to choose from! Our Bull Outdoor Kitchen is down by the pool to make the best BBQ in town, recently added our new pool bar with refrigerator to keep all those drinks ice cold!

For your convenience, Wi-Fi internet, a stereo, DVD player and a TV in each bedroom is provided-although you will probably spend most of your time pool-side or catching the sun on the beach-the choice is up to you, you are on vacation after all!

**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit**

Perfect stay

The house was perfect for our family. So close to the beach; beach wagon, umbrella, towels and chairs all provided. Many amenities in the house as well, did not have to worry about running out of soaps, toilet paper etc. Pool was perfect and the patio was so great to sit on after a long day! Highly recommend and would definitely come back

Anna Maria Island Oasis

Spacious home with pool and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, appliances and pots and pans. Refrigerator is new and spacious. Bedrooms are clean with plenty of room to shower and rest after a long day at the beach.The pool is a huge bonus and came in handy on days when the water at the beach was rough.The house is half a block from the beach entrance which is amazing and everything you could need is at the house including a balloon wheeled beach cart! There are also a couple of kayaks and bikes we didn’t use but would be great for a larger family. The owner was always responsive to communication and great to work with!You can’t miss with this awesome find!

A Home Away from Home

Simon and his family have a beautiful well-kept home and it was perfect for our long wedding weekend because of the location and outdoor entertaining area. We rented this home for our family traveling in for the wedding and hosted our rehearsal here for our wedding party. When I had concerns Simon was very responsive and unfortunately had to rely on others to address them since he is not local which was not always successful (i.e. the broken grill and outdoor fridge used for outdoor entertaining). All and all we had a great time on our favorite island. With the stress of wedding planning and so many wedding guests in town we needed a home away from home to relax and this home was just that! I spent plenty of time in the pool and their balconies. I would recommend this home for your vacation needs and if something comes up the host will do what he can to accommodate you.

Amazing weekend at the beach in Anna Maria Island

We came to check this island because it was recommended to us and it was as good as described. The house was very clean and comfortable and Simon and Karen were very diligent. Totally recommend this house. One block from the beach entrance and very close to a couple of very picturesque piers with good restaurants around.

What a great house! Bean point paradise. House has everything you need to enjoy Anna Maria!

Wonderful visit. Can’t think of a thing Simon hasn’t thought of to make the stay at Bean Point amazing. Beautiful beach walks and sunsets. The kiddos lived the pool and games. I’d highly recommend it!

Wonderful location and property

The property and location are excellent. The location is a very, very short walk to beach access. This is obvious as there are beach visitors parking on the street past the location. They have a many beach accessories available, so you are able to enjoy the beach and pool without needing your own supplies. We had a minor issue with the pool, but he hosts were responsive and did their best to work through the situation. The listing was very accurate and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend the property to others and would stay there again.

Great house but...

The place is very nice. Great location. Loved the pool. When we went to bed we discovered that our bed was broken, the headboard was separating from the frame.. which caused a terrible noise every time you moved or sat on it. I called Matt (property manager) and he did not return my call. There were a lot of little things that need attention but have neglected.

The right choice.

This large and beautiful home was the ideal location for our family’s 2020 AMI vacation. It is on the north end close to Bean Point, yet in a quiet residential area. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. In the garage you will find plenty of beach items, two kayaks, bicycles, and a large wagon to haul your stuff down to the beach. When you get back from the beach, there’s an outdoor shower to wash the sand off everyone (and everything). The landscaping blocks views from the street, and that provided a very private oasis for us to gather and enjoy the pool and downstairs dining area. We loved being able to grill hot dogs and hamburgers and eat poolside while watching the grandkids play in the pool. The downstairs fridge kept our drinks cold without having to run back inside for a refill. After the little ones were in bed, we made use of the pool table and air hockey while watching comedy shows on the downstairs TV. The 2nd floor balcony is huge, and a great place to have morning coffee or an afternoon siesta with your favorite book. The house itself is bright and welcoming, with a large, modern kitchen and family room, with all the amenities you could hope for. I especially love how this house is decorated and designed, with soft tan, grey, and light blue accents. It is fresh and inviting, with comfortable, cream-colored furniture, and a large dining room table that was easy to gather around and share meals together. It is a big place, with more than enough room for all of us to spread out and have the interaction (or privacy) that each needed. My husband and I (the grandparents) enjoyed a large master suite at one end of the house, with a walk-in closet, California king bed, and a luxurious bathroom that offered double sinks, large Jacuzzi tub, and a huge walk-in shower with two separate shower heads. Our room was off to one end of the house, which made it quieter and more private. Our 2 adult sons and their wives each had their own private, upstairs bedroom. These had queen beds, large closets, and shared a huge upstairs bathroom, with double sinks, plenty of storage space, and a tub/shower combo. Our 2 grandchildren had the cutest room, with bunk beds and plenty of cubby space to store their treasures. The TV in the family room is gigantic – it was almost like being in a movie theatre. Each bedroom does have its own TV, making it easy to enjoy the last part of the movie from your comfortable bed. As to the

Castaway Cove was the perfect for our group of 8! The hosts were easy to communicate with and we felt very welcome in their beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone, we had everything we needed, and the location was ideal, with a short walk to the most beautiful beach on the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend family/friend getaway

We stayed over the weekend. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and a golf cart ride away from everywhere else. The house was clean and well kept. No issues during our stay and will definitely be coming back. Hoping to make This an annual trip with our friends.

Gorgeous House in a great location

The house itself was beautiful - the rooms were airy and spacious, with lovely decorations and very close to the beach. The shower in the master bathroom was incredible! The outdoor kitchen and pool area was very comfortable and inviting, and the kids had a blast in the game room. Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding. Unfortunately during our stay, some of the amenities that attracted us to this property were not usable -the washing machine was broken (leaving us no way to wash towels absent spending two hours of our vacation at a laundromat), all but one of the bikes were broken, the pool turned green (which was remedied quickly). I left two messages for the local property manager who never responded. The owner however was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation!
