The Sea Spray Cottages are an adorable group of Units located in the North End of Anna Maria, West of Gulf Drive and only a few houses to the highly acclaimed Gulf Beach.

Sea Spray 5 is a stand alone cottage with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths located at the front right of the property with its own private pool. Comfortable beachy furnishings and a full kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances.

This property features a private driveway, a screened patio at the front of the home, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the Florida sunshine! This unit has its own washer and dryer located in just off of the kitchen. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom also has it own private ensuite bath.

You will absolutely love the short stroll to the beach as well as the Island charm offered by this home.

PETS: Please note this property is NOT pet friendly.

PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Wonderful beach house

We stayed for a week but I really would have liked to extend the vacation. We love Ana María and this year was wonderful. The house is excellent, very clean, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. The pool was very convenient, especially this year when the beach was not 100% perfect. I really hope to be able to return next summer.

Wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Well the house is pretty basic on the inside. It met everybody’s needs. There were not a lot of cooking utensils so we brought that up as an issue and they said they would immediately order some to accommodate the future. The location to the beach is about a short block To the beach. Property management was on top of everything we needed, the pool was such a delight in the afternoons when it was so hot on the beach. Our favorite place to eat was wicked Cantina and then island scoops for the best ice cream in town. We absolutely would stay there again

Amazing place

The house was amazing the pool was perfect. T he beach was steps away. Low tide was perfect after all day in the pool. Seashell hunting was awesome 👏

Great house and perfect location

This was our first trip to this house but we will definitely come back. The house is clean, well-kept, and has all the needed amenities for a wonderful stay. It is also a very short walk to a superb beach. The pool is also an added bonus. We had a modest AC issue (we think due to a storm / lightening) and the SATO property company was on it and solved immediately. We were so appreciative of their responsiveness and quality team.

Great house and location to the beach

This house has a great location to the beach only about five houses away. The house is very clean just as it shows on the pictures. The backyard was great with a nice pool in the area to relax. Overall, this was a great place to stay on Ana Maria Island.

Great location!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Very easy walk to the beach, low traffic street and not a crowded beach area. House is cute but bathrooms are a bit dated and an unusual set up to get to the pool in the back. No garage which was fine but last time we stayed at AMI the house had a garage which meant there were beach toys we could use without having to buy/rent. Not a big deal - didn’t stop us from having fun! Can’t speak highly enough about the location - absolutely made the trip a great one. Kitchen was well equipped and family room and bedrooms were comfortable.

Perfect spot in AMI.

We had a great first trip to AMI. This adorable home was in the perfect location and was such an easy walk to the beach. Managers were quick to help when we had questions. We hope to stay here again in the future. We couldn’t have loved it more!

Amazing property and location!

Highly recommend this property and Anna Maria Island! My family and I had a wonderful vacation and already talking about when we can go back! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The private heated pool was amazing especially when it got cooler at night. The kitchen had all the amentities we needed and more! The house also provided beach chairs and towels which were a plus. The location was absolutely perfect! You are just 1 minute walk from the beach (beach access is on the same street). It was nice to be able to run back to the house if we needed anything. The house is about .7 miles from Pine Street and also a short walk to the Sandbar which we loved! The neighborhood was also very friendly and quiet - perfect for children. The screened in porch was also a nice addition especially in the early AM and at night! Thanks Sato Real Estate!
