Pelican Point is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath canal-front home designed for a relaxed Florida vacation. It's located just a few blocks from the beach and sits on a canal with quick access to open water.

Outside, the property is built for leisure and water living. There's a screened-in porch overlooking the pool and canal, plus a spacious outdoor area featuring a private pool, lounge seating, a sandy beach section, a TV, fire pit, and shaded relaxation space. A private dock allows for fishing or kayaking. Boat access is possible, though there are low-clearance humpback bridges nearby, so larger boats may require using the Holmes Beach boat ramp instead.

Inside, the main floor has a coastal-style living room with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, a dining area for eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There's also a full bathroom with a tub/shower on this level.

Upstairs, the layout includes:

A primary suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower), TV, and private balcony

A second bedroom with a queen bed and TV

A third bedroom with a full/twin trundle bed and TV

A shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo

Additional conveniences include a free island trolley for getting around Anna Maria Island and nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants.

One note: the property has outdoor security cameras facing the pool and canal for safety.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
