This condo's location makes it a great place for a romantic getaway on Anna Maria Island. Situated right across the street from the bay, this property puts the beach just a short walk away! It comes equipped with great amenities including a shared heated pool, an updated, full kitchen, and a furnished patio, ideal for enjoying the refreshing island breezes.

Located near Pine Avenue and its many attractions, this unit is close to some of the best dining and shopping the island has to offer. Directly across the street is a great view of the bay, as well as a short sandy path down to the beach. Bayfront Park, a great place to relax or have a picnic, is nearby, as well. Also, the famous beaches of Bean Point are within your reach, just a short drive to the north.

THINGS TO KNOW
All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) A perfect retreat in AMI

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The condo was exceptionally clean and well kept. Actually quite spacious for 2 people. They provided plenty of towels and toilettries for my short stay. The location is fanastic, just 50 steps to a walk way with direct access to the bay side of AMI offering the most spectaculart sunrise views. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and the amazing Bean Point Beach. Highly Recommend staying here. Pool was also very clean.

Easy walk to the pier for evening music and our favorite restaurant The Waterfront, great place for a couple to enjoy the sun, pool and restaurants on the north end without breaking the bank.

I highly recommend this property. This was our second stay at this location. Easily walk throughout the island. Eat at the Rod and Reel Pier, the Porch Restaurant, the Waterfront and Harry’s.

Lovely Room

The interior of the room is great. It was our first visit to the island, and we used the trolley and it was great. Also, you must eat at The Waterfront Restaurant that is one block away. It was fantastic. And take in the live music on the city pier each night. A quaint little spot for sure.

We were looking for quiet, out of the way accommodations that offered easy access to the water. This condo was it! The accommodations were exactly as pictured- attractive & comfortable. We enjoyed access to the clean pool and proximity across the street to walk the narrow shoreline of the beautiful bay. We also loved that we were a 4 minute drive to Bean Point.

Just being on the island. But you’re right in one of the best spots. Great food at the Pourch. Breakfast at Jeanie an janes a the piers Shrimp chowder. All walking distance. Pool was nice since weather didn’t allow the ocean.

Condo is little but all that a couple needs. Good location. But the air conditioner unit makes a constant banging noise. Contacted management about it and they sent someone out to fix that as well as the toilet that would not flush. The toilet was repaired but never the air conditioner. It was nearly impossible to sleep. If the air worked properly I would have rated 5 stars.
