Our stay was good, very clean rooms and a good location for our needs. Breakfast was good. The staff was very informative and helpful. The only little negative was a group out at the firepit getting loud around 11:30pm but we survived, not a huge issue. Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was excellent. My room had ants, there was a corkscrew but no wine glasses, there was an empty paper towel roll in the galley kitchen, there were two soaking wet dish towels on the counter and no clean dish towels, anywhere. In the little living room, there were no lights. It was dark if you wanted to read or do you work, etc. The property was OK lots of places to walk which was nice.

Cons: -housekeeping service: front desk and housekeeping didn’t communicate w/ each other. Or, staff simply didn’t want to “refresh” our rooms during a five night stay. - A/C, it was 90* out & the AC in the room was not consistent. There was no option to keep it “on” vs auto. - parking: $5 a day Pros: - location, was great for us since we were there for the naval academy - manager & some staff, I wish I got the name of the manager. Lady with an accent like Selma Hayek had great customer service. The Hispanic lady at breakfast and Filipina lady who just started working there. She said she was just trying to help housekeeping on her second day and she assisted us with getting new towels and vacuumed our room. - room amenities, perfect for our small family of four (2 toddlers). Full kitchen! Would we go back here? Yes, if the AC gets fixed and housekeeping service is clear on their rules of services.

The staff was top tier, and the check-in process was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my room was not very clean. The shower still had dirt from the previous occupant. I didn’t complain because it was late at night and I was exhausted, so I just cleaned it myself. My room was also located next to the elevator and ice machine, but surprisingly I didn’t notice much noise at all. It was actually very quiet.
