You'll have the entire house boat to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Condo Houseboat

This BRAND NEW condo house boat is nestled in Back Creek. The views of the Chesapeake Bay are amazing! This is the best place to see the sunrise from the roof top deck while sipping a cup of coffee. (Four guests maximum)
The space
The houseboat is kept on a boat lift which is suspended above the water. Even though the houseboat is stationary on a lift, the boat does have some movement and will sway with wind.
Other things to note
We do not allow pets or child under the age of 10 years old.

CHECK-IN IS AFTER 4pm

Please note is you are looking for an early check-in prior to 4pm there's a $100.00 fee. An early check-in can not be guaranteed until 2 days prior to check in.
