This property is located right across the street from the lake, making it in many ways ideal for that reason. That said, it's at least a 45 minute walk to Old Annecy, making it less desirable. Food and bar options either on property, or nearby, are just very limited. Depending on the time of year, you will find parking to be nearly impossible if you are driving to the Old Town area. Thankfully, this property maintains their own parking lot, which was really convenient and appreciated. Staff were super friendly and helpful! The room I had was fairly small, about what I was expecting for the money I paid, and I would say the value is okay too slightly above average. This place certainly served its purpose for my visit to this lovely town. I would recommend it to others comma just be aware of what you are and what you are not getting.

It's very expressive hotel but room were not clean. Spiders web everywhere at the balcony. No shower curtains on the bathtub. Dust on the furniture, lamp, phone.

Zeker geen 3 sterren waard. Al wat we melden aan receptie ivm leeg zeepbakje bijvullen, geen staander voor bagage op te leggen werd niet opgelost. Geen bar aanwezig om iets te drinken in hotel. IJskast op kamer koelde niet. Terras was super vuil en vol Asse van de rokers voordien. Kamer niet aangekleed en weinig verlichting. Geen lang hanggedeelte in kleerkast want ijskast stond eronder. Bijna geen leggedeelte dus valiezen niet kunnen uitpakken voor 4 dagen. Kleine badkamer kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Zeker geen 190 EUR per nacht waard zonder ontbijt nog eens 30 eur extra voor 2 personen . Gelukkig parking inbegrepen.Ontbijt was goed.

Room was very small and bathroom was right beside bed with only a sliding door that did not close properly. Hallway to room was full of stains and room was not very clean (left over garbage under the bed and carpet was old and dingy). Breakfast was great and so were the staff. Free access to coffee and latte machine at all times if you added the breakfast option (15 Euros per person per day). Location is close to lake and a few restaurants but a long walk to the main old town area. Free parking.

If you are looking for a hotel for the location only then this is the hotel. It was right on the lake front with bike, boat and pedalo rental within 50 meters. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel stop. The hotel is very run down and in some areas, and in the rooms furnishings are dirty. We were directed to the building across from the main hotel and had to get in using a code. This didn't work most of the time and other times the gate was just left open . The front door to this building was broken leaving it insecure and we had a room on the second floor. The room, I would say is one of the worst I have stayed in. The floor was laminated boards which has all come up leaving gaps and holes. There was no headboard and the chair was very dirty. There were also no ceiling lights in the room. The only lighting were small laps and these were simply not enough. The room had a large window with a partial lake view however we couldn't have this open as there were alot of ants making there way into the room. The positives. Staff seemed nice, secure parking and location . This is where it ends

We loved being able to have a view of the Lake from our room. The check-in staff was so friendly and enthusiastic, great energy! We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. The breakfast was fine, with a good range of items to choose from a self-serve counter, helped the day off to a good start.

Isabela and the rest of the staff were all great. They recommended the affiliated restaurant (Irma) located right in front of them - and that was really good as well (big thanks to Emma). The place is in what I consider a really great location at one end of Lake Annecy with a fantastic view across the length of the lake. A bicycle rental shop 2 minutes away is a GREAT way to get around the lake to Old Annecy with clear bicycle paths along huge stretches of the lake. My son a d I really loved our time here, and we lucked out with nice weather, only raining a bit when we checked out to move on to Switzerland. Couldn't really have asked for much more.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there to do the Annecy half marathon and i found the beds very comfortable which gave me a great night's sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and i had a view of the lake. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good but they did offer free coffee and hot chocolate. The receptionist was super friendly and kind.
