"We had a good stay at C suites Antalya Airport Residencies for three days. Check-in was very smooth & pleasant with Brayan, he is fluently in English, & it was really helpfull, because he was the only person we had a good communication in our entire Antalya tour. Other staff including lady in the office , cleaning staff, other receptionist, were also very helpfull. All facilities was there as they mentioned. Clean rooms & laundry. There are groceries and restraunts in walking distance. But there was a problem for us with PIN when paying by cards. Good WIFI connection was in the hotel. All over the country language barrier was the problem for us, since they all speak only Turkish. So language translating app with a proper roaming connection for internet is must to have when visiting there. Most of the E-sim apps not working properly. Turkish People are very nice & generous, they are willing to help. Sometimes, when they can't understand English, they use their translating app & even they share wifi with us from their mobile hotspot, when we were lost in the town. It was a lovely holiday in Anlatya due to their stunning sky, sea & beach. "

"During my stay at the Zeyda Lara Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, I initially encountered some issues with my room, including a non-functioning shower and not enough beds. Fortunately, the hotel manager, Burak, was very helpful and promptly resolved the situation by relocating me to a different room with a beautiful view, which greatly improved my experience. Another staff member, Alina, was also exceptionally helpful. She spoke several languages and assisted me with organizing transportation, connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi, and resolving other minor issues along the way. She was always polite, friendly, and quick to respond. Additionally, the hotel taxi driver, Burat, provided excellent service, taking us to several locations throughout the city as well as to the airport. He was honest, reliable, and never overcharged for his services. Overall, while the stay began with a few challenges, the professionalism and attentiveness of the hotel staff made a big difference and turned it into a pleasant experience."
