I had a lovely stay! The staff was extremely kind and very accommodating. Not only were there great dining options on the property but there were also great options nearby. The spa services were also great. I would definitely stay again.

I stay in hotels often all over Africa. The Novotel in Antananarivo is by FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is so well thought through. The room layout, the food, the staff are all amazing. No idea how they could make things better.

Our stay at Novotel was absolutely fantastic! A big thank you to Franco, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. He coordinated a driver for us to go to the restaurant L'Arrivage, where we enjoyed a romantic dinner. The driver was professional, punctual, and even waited for us until we finished—truly exceptional service! The hotel itself was stunning, with a magnificent spa and swimming pool that made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the well-maintained facilities, contributed to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Novotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort!

The hotel is in the North, 30 min from the TNR airport. The indoor pool is small but pleasant, with a small gym (without weight machines) and a sauna and Hammam. BF was good enough. The Japanese Teppanyaki place was closed on Sun but we went later in the week and was pretty good but not spectacular. Our only issue was that after 3 stays at this hotel during our Madagascar trip, the hotel charged us for BF for one of us when they had told us it was included when we checked in. The Manager came to chat to us at check-out and apologised for the miscommunication but said we still had to pay, or he would charge the staff for the breakfast as that was how it was done in Madagascar. Needless to say, this is appalling from a major hotel chain. Suggest you beware that the Management do not have integrity, although the staff themselves were very honest and pleasant (so we still tipped them and had fun interacting with them at least :) )

The convenience of the airport shuttle was a game-changer, making my travel seamless and stress-free. Every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself was immaculate, well-maintained, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Novotel and can’t wait to return. Shake down at the NOVOTEL

The hotel rooms and food is all lovely. However, be aware that the if you book and prepay through an online service, NOVOTEL will not refund your money nor will the online service. Advice: don't prepay for any reservation.

L’hôtel est luxueux et très calme. C’est du haut standing. Les chambres sont joliment agencées, l’équipement est parfait, la literie est au TOP. Le restaurant est excellent ainsi que son p’tit déjeuner. J’ai trouvé les massages moyens et regretté que les deux piscines ne soient pas fonctionnelles. Le personnel a été très charmant.

Fabuleux

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bien entretenu, il va avoir 4 ans maintenant mais on dirait qu’il vient d’ouvrir. J’avais une chambre simple qui était déjà très grande. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le restaurant est incroyable!! La piscine bien chauffée et les massages parfaits! J’y retournerai sans hésiter!
