Situated very near to the beaches, shops and restaurants. The furnished terraces are ideal for having breakfast or a romantic dinner with the sunset. Put down your suitcases, park your car in the secure garage, and enjoy your vacation! Perfect for 4 people (+ 1 baby).

Spacious and bright 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment close to the golden sandy beach of Juan les Pins. The apartment is on the top floor with a parking space and 2 large terraces one of 20m2 (sea view) and and one of 35m2 with a view of the Vallauris hills.
The apartment consists of:
- a large and spacious living room with sofa and dining table, with access to the sea terrace, flat screen TV, Netflix and dining area.
- an open kitchen with the same sea view, fully equipped with electric hob, extractor, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils,
