"The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Puglia by car, although it is a bit far from the old town. The staff was friendly and provided good customer service, and the breakfast was acceptable with enough options to start the day. The main drawbacks were the very small bathroom and the air conditioning, which didn’t cool the room well and made the room uncomfortable, especially at night. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improving the room amenities would make the experience much better."

"Clean room with lovely rooftop terrace in the centre of Monopoli right on sea front. Beautiful sea views and spacious rooms. Hotel has fantastic rooftop restaurant with incredible staff and some of the best food we have ever eaten. Seriously."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

However, be aware that if you are taking an uber to the area, this hotel is in the old part of the town and the Uber will not be able to drop you off directly at the hotel (you will have to do a maybe 5 minute walk from the main streets). The roads around the hotel are also cobblestone so keep that in mind when packing to stay at this hotel. All in all a gorgeous area and experience if you know what to expect. Amazing people and great food located close in the area."
