"We had an amazing 2 week stay at Island Bliss. It is really well maintained hostel, if it can even be called that. It felt more like a hotel! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you can think of. The room & bathroom are cleaned daily making for a very comfortable stay. Very central & free parking lot nearby. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sao Miguel! "

"Staff were very helpful, stayed late to let us in after our flight was delayed, called a taxi for us and gave suggestions for restaurants. They responded right away to our emails. Hotel was well located and very clean with a nice outdoor patio and common living room. We would definitely recommend it and we will stay there again. "
