Oppressive decor in rooms

Great location on the canal waterfront with super helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only down side is the hotel itself is very dark, we had a cozy room on the ground floor and it felt so gloomy, this is not helped by the brown/mushroom/black decor. This alone would put me off staying again- too oppressive.

Amazing stay and cleanliness in a beautiful hotel

I got a room for myself and It was exquisite. It's was very big, more than enough for two people let alone for myself. Everything was clean and found nothing dirty or bad smelling. The private bathroom also looked freshly cleaned and had plenty of towels to use. I appreciated the complimentary cookies, water bottle, and coffee capsules and maker in the room. Great stay, would definitely recommend staying here.

A very good hotel with friendly staff and perfect location. Clean and nice rooms, some with a fire place that is easily started with a remote. Pleasant, fresh and quality breakfast but baked beans missing. The breakfast is extremely pricy.
