I had a very good stay! The hotel team is great! Very attentive and tried to satisfy your slightest desire. I had half board and I never got home early enough to eat at the restaurant and despite everything if I was hungry and going home even at 11pm he would prepare a plate that I could take to my room! It was just great! Of course know that the stars indicate are not the same value as the French. My room was dated and dusty but honestly we quickly forget the details so the rest is great! Thank you very much for everything to the whole team and I hope to see you again soon

Pent uteområde med flott basseng. Ble først gitt et bittelite rom med mugglukt og dårlig seng. I lampen over senga var det masse (døde?) insekter. Det manglet det meste av det som stod i rombeskrivelsen fra Expedia. Ga resepsjonen beskjed med engang, uten resultat. Neste dag, etter igjen ha snakket med resepsjonen og klaget til Expedia, fikk jeg nytt, mye bedre rom med god seng. Ok mat, men her burde det ha vært beskrivelse av hva de forskjellige rettene inneholdt. Kommer nok ikke tilbake.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La nourriture du restaurant était vraiment excellente, nous avons pu goûter aux spécialités cretoises. Le personnel était très aimable et particulièrement la serveuse qui était tout à fait adorable. Ambiance très chaleureuse. La position de l'hôtel est idéale. Entre chania et rethymnon. A proximité de georgioupolis et du lac de kournas, des cascades d'argyroupolis. Grâce à notre voiture de location nous avons pu aussi aller randonner dans les gorges et voir les plages du sud. La piscine et les extérieurs sont vraiment très beaux. Les chambres sont biens aménagées. Tout était parfait ou presque. Quelques critiques constructives tout de même: -il serait bien de remplacer le rideau de douche par une paroi en verre car on mettait toujours de l'eau partout -peut être remplacer le matelas composé de deux matelas par un lit double. Pour les amoureux ça serait mieux -remplacer le jus d'orange de la machine par un vrai jus d'orange frais. (ou mettre un presse oranges à disposition des clients) Ça serait top au pays de l'orange !

La piscine était sympa et la vue sur les montagnes agréables ... nous étions face au moutons donc très dépaysant et les restaurants sont proches de l hôtel et surtout le dyonisos que nous conseillons
