The beautiful salt filtered pool (no chlorine) is surrounded by sunbeds under the pergola.



Location Almyrida

Standing on a terraced hillside a little under 2 km from Almyrida, Villa Nynemia is set amongst 6,000 sq m. of olive groves. It's a 25min hilly walk into the laid back small resort of Almyrida with mini markets and other small shops and taverna tables on the waterfront.

2 kms inland, the pretty village of Gavalohori offers a further choice of excellent tavernas and a baker amongst its streets.

The beautiful Venetian harbours of Chania and Rethymnon are both easy to visit from Villa Nynemia and a trip into the nearby mountains is unmissable.

Twin Bedroom with en suite shower room - Two single beds, wardrobe, double glass doors to to sea view, en suite shower room with walk in rain shower, WC and wash basin. Air Con Unit & ceiling fan.



Lower Ground Floor

Double Bedroom with en suite bathroom - 1 large double bed 1.80m x 2.00m, wardrobe, en suite shower room with walk in rainshower, WC, hand wash basin and washing machine. Double glass doors to covered terrace and garden. Air Con Unit & ceiling fan.

Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.





Parking - There is ample parking under the driveway under the olive trees.
