Two Km to beach and all amenities

  • The Villa is a magnificent villa, in Tsivaras, Ideally situated near the highly popular Kalivas and Almyrida. There many restaurants, cafe and shops in Kalivas and its sandy beach front is 20 minutes walk away. The Almyrida village centre is easily accessed by a short 5 minute drive where to find blue flag child friendly beach, many restaurants, cafes and a wide selections of village facilities. Located 20 minutes drive from Chania, 30 minutes from Rethymnon, providing the perfect base from which to explore the other areas of the island. The large heated private swimming pool features wide Roman steps for easy gentle access with a Jacuzzi seating area. The villa also offers a fantastic rock garden with seating areas, ideal for those seeking solitary moments with a most wonderful view. There are parking area for three cars.
