He ensured we maximized our stay while we visited Milos and gave us a list within minutes of all the key attractions and must eat restaurants! He made our trip so memorable and fabulous! "A++++! The resort itself is fantastic - beautiful, good food, great staff, spa services, fun shopping in the reception, amazing beach, etc! But what truly set this place apart was the INCREDIBLE concierge service. Iliana helped me with so many aspects of our stay there and we were only staying for two nights! Regardless, she reached out long before we arrived to help us schedule dinner reservations, rental car, boat excursion, spa treatments, etc. And when we were there, we had to reschedule a bunch of things and she was so kind and helpful. Our whole family LOVED Artemis and we wished we had just gone there the whole time. We are definitely going back. One of our favorite places for sure."
