"The hotel staff, including the breakfast area, was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is really good, but I would suggest having some cakes, the only thing was missing for my taste. the rest, it is fantastic."

A special shout out for excellent male waitor in rooftop restaurant, very good at his job. Also food was super."

"Our stay at the Excelsior Hotel Ernst am Dom was amazing, and not long enough! The room was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly! It's an excellent location right around the corner from the train station and the Dom and shopping! This will always be our go to hotel when visiting Cologne!"

"No parking. We had to park blocks away in a paid parkade that was expensive. Came for the pool but didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our lateness, as well you have to pay extra for access to it which was not worth the 1-2 hours of potential enjoyment that we could’ve had. We also did not feel that safe in this area of the city where the hotel was. A lot of graffiti everywhere. What appeared to be the ?homeless consuming drugs during our walk from the parkade. I would not come to this hotel again."
