It is wise to set up any transfer from Tirano to Aprica. Cap driver's were not accommodating. A cook from a restaurant helped us out to find a taxi.

Ci sono margini di miglioramento: Armadio senza ante e con una sola staffa per riporre giacche (l’altra mancava)… sarebbe il caso di rimetterlo a posto. in una camera matrimoniale troppo piccola è stato posizionato un letto a castello che ostruiva quasi completamente l’accesso alla camera risultando pericoloso anche di notte... Reti classiche italiane (rai, mediaset, ) non visibili sulla tv (montata quasi a soffitto)… Staff molto educato e gentile.

Per una notte è perfetto

L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturata, ma è stato comunque confortevole. Colazione molto basica ma il prezzo pagato è stato contenuto e sono stati tutti molto gentili.

Siamo arrivati alle 16.10 e non c'era nessuna stanza pronta nonostante l'orario indicato per il check in fosse le 15.00, dopo aver atteso alla reception abbiamo atteso un bel po' di tempo al piano. Stanze datate, vetri sottilissimi e tanti spifferi, illuminazione non funzionante, piastrelle rotte, phon mancante. Colazione davvero scarsa e di pessima qualità (tutti gli yogurt presenti erano in scadenza il giorno stesso). Mai più.

Nie wieder!

Das Zimmer war komplett runtergeranzt! Die Bilder vom Hotel im Internet sind total geschönt! - Braunes Wasser kam aus dem Hahn! - Keine Fernbedienung für den winzigen TV. - Das Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen - total kaputt! - Ein drittes Bett stand im Doppelzimmer, so dass noch 30cm Platz waren, um sich zum Bad und Tür durchzuquetschen! - Das "Doppelbett" sind zwei aneinander gestellte, billige Klappbetten, die bei jeder Bewegung durchs Zimmer rutschen. Service? Dame an der Rezeption so làlà, Mann an der Bar sehr zuvorkommend! Aprica ist ein in die Jahre gekommener Touristenort mit etlichen leer stehenden und halb verfallenen Häusern! Echt übel! => nie wieder! Bei einem Gespräch mit dem Manager wurde uns gesagt, wir könnten ein anderes Zimmer oder einen Refund haben. Darum geht es aber nicht! Ich finde es unverschämt, solche Zimmer überhaupt anzubieten! Der nächste Gast bekommt es ja auch und eben auch in diesem Zustand!

Bedingt empfehlenswert

Viele Bereiche des Hotels sehen gut und gepflegt aus. Die zimmer (unsere zumindest) waren jedoch sehr alt und mit vielen abgeschlagenen Ecken und Kanten. Die Matratze war neu, fest und gut aber nur ca. 185cm lang. Das Hotel hat keine Schallisolierung und ist sehr hellhörig. Schlafen ging nur mit Ohrstöpsel. Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist nicht der rede wert und man muss das Wasser echte fünf Minuten laufen lassen bis es warm wird. Frühstück ist klein aber gut. Für den günstigen Preis geht das Hotel in Ordnung.

Hotel carino e in buonissima posizione, poca accoglienza al cliente però, e soprattutto tempo ristretto per la colazione, se arrivi nell'ultima mezzora sembra quasi che dai fastidio. Il resto tutto nella norma, pulito e ben fornito.

hotel 3 stelle!!!! Penso più un 2 stelle servizi scarsi da ristrutturare completamente arredi vecchissimi e bagni altrettanto nelle nostra stanza la serratura della porta di entrata non funzionava la ventola in bagno cieco rotta gli arredi lasciano a desiderare il materasso era l’unica cosa comoda.la colazione di bassa qualità cornetti piccoli e vuoti due torte scarse qualche uova e fettine di cotto e formaggio niente di che, caffè e cappuccini alla macchinetta Secondo me è da scegliere solo per il prezzo basso e perché e vicino al centro nulla da dire sul personale gentilì e premurosi.
