Whether we needed a rapid local recommendation, help sorting out transit logistics, or quick room requests, they handled everything with a warm smile and ultimate professionalism.The property’s location is completely on point. Tucked away on a charming cobblestone street just steps from the Spanish Steps and the legendary luxury shopping of Via Condotti, it served as the ultimate central hub for our Roman holiday. We were able to walk to almost every major historical landmark, and having the Spagna Metro station practically at our doorstep made exploring the rest of the city effortless.Inside, the boutique property is impeccably stylish. It perfectly blends classic Italian elegance with clean, modern comforts. Our room was a beautifully curated space—bright, spotless, and a tranquil sanctuary to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. "You cannot find a better location in Rome! It’s just across the square from the Pantheon and is within walking distance from most of the popular sites. The staff were amazing … they even arranged an early breakfast on the day we departed. Highly recommend!"
