Algumas pequenas falhas corrigiveis. Água quente não funcionou, ar condicionado não esfria muito(deixou a desejar), janela desalinhada gerando assobio no quarto, incomodando. Ap144. Sugestões. Um portão automático ajuda a não expor o hóspede que chega na madrugada, naquela rua deserta. Melhoria no café da manhã.

Foi muito boa. Reservei outra estadia porém ao chegar no horário combinado não havia ninguém p me receber foi quando cheguei nesse hotel as 3 hs da madrugada, sem reserva e fui acolhida . Jamais esquecerei pois estava numa cidade estranha e aos 74 anos estava na rua sem onde dormir . Os funcionários são excelentes sempre gentis e disponível p informações adicionais . Um local muito bom . Pretendo voltar várias vezes.

Atendimento muito bom, cafe da manhã bom, localização ótima, porém o ar-condicionado nao refrigera, faz um barulho terrível, junto a isso o frigobar que faz um barulho terrível, nao conseguir dormir. Nao tem chuveiro elétrico por mais que esteja fazendo calor, o tempo pode mudar. A TV e o Wi-Fi não funcionam direito. Mas o atendimento e o cafe da manhã nao tenho oq falar.

Referente a minha acomodação

Fui para descansar apenas, moro na propria cidade(é bom ficar so as vezes, para concluir um trabalho, estudo ou tempo para a pessoa mesmo). Tinha mandado mensagem pedindo um quarto mais silencioso e privativo, esse tem ar condicionado novo, foi perfeito, uma vez que queria silêncio. O quarto estava ok, no banheiro, luz, internet e etc, cafe da manha ok tambem, de acordo com o valor que paguei. Nascimento hotel, é com a pegada 2000, porém bem preservado, o povo quer pagar barato e ter acomodacao nivel Hilton, o hotel tem cafe da manhã(deveria comecar as 6 pra quem trabalha cedo, é a unica sugestão que deixo), tem boa localizacao, fincionarios prestativos. Gostei mais dessa acomodacao, do que a primeira vez que fui, recomendo. Agora se voce esta lendo e precisa de algum a mais, tem alguma especificidade sobre voce, basta mandar uma mensagem, pegar um quarto com bom acesso a wifi ou com chuveiro mais quente ou mais silencioso ou que nao seja no primeiro andar, tem que ter prevencao, para evitar reclamacao, assim evito treta, toda vez que viajo. O ponto de onibus fica de frente ao hotel praticamente, da para ir ao centro, aeroporto e shopping com a linha que passa nele(Porto Sul- Bairro Industrial).

Estão fazendo manutenção em um dos elevadores, com barulho absurdo para um hotel. DEveria ter sido informado dessa condição para que não tivesse essa terrível surpresa. Também não houve serviço de arrumação e limpeza de quarto. Espero nunca mais ter que me hospedar nesse hotel. Fiz check out no dia seguinte, perdendo o valor de 2 diárias
