Hotel antigo, precisando de uma reforma nos banheiros, modernizar os quartos. A água que sai do chuveiro é meio salobra. O atendimento é excelente, o café da manhã completo e muito gostoso. No quarto não tem copos descartáveis e não tem toalha de rosto. Somente 1 travesseiro por cama, achei ruim. A localização é ótima mas o hotel precisa ser modernizado. O estacionamento é pago separado.

Razoável. É bem localizado, mas pode melhorar muito. A cama de casal na realidade são duas camas de solteiro juntas que começam a se afastar durante a noite. Vi várias pessoas com dificuldade para entrar no hotel com as malas (a porta é difícil de abril) e nenhum funcionário ajuda a entrar.

Lamentável, pois o hotel tem uma facha muito legal mas a acomodação em que ficamos tem móveis antigos e de uma aparência não muito boa (parece está sujo). As toalhas pareciam desgastada e velhas, não havia toalhas de rosto, a água contém muito cloro de tal maneira que o cheiro incomoda. O recepcionista tentou nos convencer de que o excesso do cloro na água é um problema da cidade, porém, já nos hospedamos por varias vezes no hotel Riviera e lá a agua é muito boa...

O Hotel tem estrutura antiga. Algumas areas precisam de cuidados urgentes como: aparelho de ar condicionado (sem limpeza)a academia que ou fazem uma revitalização ou talvez seja melhor desativar. A limpeza é o ponto alto do quarto (com exceção do ar condicionado) é excelente(nota 10). Por fim, tivemos frustração com o check-in, primeiro nos ofertaram pre check-in com promessa de ingresso imediato. Preenchemos eletronicamente mas quando chegamos na recepção tivemos que prestar novamente todas as informações e ainda perdemos cerca de uns 25minutos pois o único atende que estava ali parava de nos atender pra atender outros hóspedes (especialmente com questões relacionadas ao estacionamento e atendimento telefônico). O café da manhã ofertado também é muito bom, farto e variado.
