Good hotel, bad service

We stayed 4 nights in May. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - newer condition - breakfast - eco friendly - room size Cons: - service by far one of the worst hotels we stayed in. Reception hours is non existence, room cleaning only once during our stay. Amenities are non-existent. - hard to get to location

Uzun araşdırmanın sonucunda bu otelde konaklamayı tercih ettik. 4 yetişkin aile olarak geldik. Genelikle otel iyidir konum olarak çok ulaşımlı bir yerde və manzarası mükemmeldi , sadece otele giden yol yağmurlardan dolayı asfalt yapılmamıştır hatta çok kötüydü diye bilirim, ama bize 20 gün içinde yapılacağını söylendi, bunun dışında otelde inşaat işleri devam etmektedir ama konaklayan misafirleri hiç bir şekilde etkilemiyor. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardım severler özellikle de Erol beye teşekkür etmek istiyorum çok samimi idi. Kahfaltısı gayet güzeldi ve yemekleri lezzetli idi. Gönül rahatlığıyla her kese tercih ede bilirim.

Hem trabzon hem rizeyi gezmek istediğimiz için araklı bölgesinde kalmayı tercih ettik tam orta nokta olması sebebiyle. Otel bu bakımdan konum olarak çok iyi. Ancak otelde henüz tamamlanmamış inşaası devam eden çalışmalar var herhangi ses vs duymadık tabi ama yakın zamanda gitmek isteyenlerin bilgisi olsun. Elbetteki eksikler vs vardı ancak çalışanlar ve otel sahibi o kadar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı ki tüm bunlar geride kalıyor. Çocukla çok rahat ettiğimiz tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich, das ganze Konzept total durchdacht und die Anlage einfach traumhaft und die Geschichte dahinter macht alles noch spannender. Das Haus hat mich echt sofort verzaubert, man fühlt sich von Anfang an richtig wohl. Die Zimmer sind mega gemütlich, und der Balkon mit dem Schaukelstuhl ist einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch der Garten ist total liebevoll gestaltet, da kann man richtig abschalten. Ich fand übrigens den Gastronomiebereich richtig klasse diese riesigen Fenster sind so einladend und machen den Raum total hell und gemütlich. Die Architektur ist einfach der Hammer. Ein Haus mit richtig viel Charme und Geschichte ich hab mich dort einfach rundum wohlgefühlt!

Eine Nacht dort verbracht. Angenehme Atmosphäre mit ruhiger Lage. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Hygiene Top! Gerne wieder.

Roof room almıştım odaya girince bunaldım ve ekstra ücretle villaya geçtim. Bahçesi salıncağı odası gayet güzel. Sabahları serpme kahvaltı geliyor gayet yeterli ve güzel. Otel çalışanları ilgili güleryüzlü. Oda temizliği vasat. Sadece pikeler toplanmış çarşaf bile düzeltilmemişti. Oda içinde sadece diş seti mevcut hazırlıklı gidilmesi gereken bir otel.

Mükemmel !

Mükemmel ! Ne şehire çok uzak ne kalabalığın içinde, rahat ferah ve gerçekten mükemmel bir kahvaltı. Insanlar güler yüzlü, mütevazi ve en önemlisi cana yakın. Odalar tertemiz sıcak ve her ihtiyaca göre tasarlanmış. Kesinlikle bir daha gitmeyi düşünüyorum.
