The hotel is modern, new construction, and very well decorated. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with all the Brazilian pastéis, cakes and plenty of fruit. The service is outstanding.

Boa propriedade, precisando atualizações.

A estadia em geral foi boa; a propriedade precisa apenas adotar lençóis com elástico pois o colchão fica exposto com muita facilidade. A oferta de canais de tv é boa, mas o aparelho precisa ser atualizado com urgência, pois a utilização das funcionalidades de smart TV fixa prejudicada pela idade do sistema, que não roda os aplicativos do Youtube, Netflix e Prime, por exemplo, a contento, travando e reiniciando a todo momento.

A resolução de problema é terrível… Ficar mais de 40 minutos parado na recepção por não encontrarem a reserva é um absurdo. Extremamente desconfortável ver todos os outros clientes olhando, julgando e sabendo que é um erro do hotel. Me senti constrangido e sem apoio adequado para resolução do problema.
