Amo este hotel, me sinto em casa, cama maravilhosa, fofa, macia, lençóis e travesseiros excelentes, toalhas de banho Trousseau, grandes e macias, Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Área linda ao redor do hotel, para caminhadas e passeios de bike. Amo muito este lugar

O hotel é lindo demais, estilo antigo, parece um castelo! O café da manha é bom apesar dos paes estarem duros. Os quartos estão com os móveis bem datados e o conforto é ruim já que as camas tem colchoes muito moles e a iluminacao é fraca. Limpeza ok e o atendimento é de hotel superior. A academia é de primeiro mundo e os serviços de spa poderiam ser incluidos na já cara tarifa ao inves de serem cobrados a parte ou pelo menos ter uma piscina interna gratuita e nao só aquela externa aquecida. No dia que me hospedei estava muito frio e nao tive coragem de ir lá fora. Poderiam tb disponibilizar roupoes nos quartos. Fora isso tudo bem!

Foi agradável a estadia, equipe muito cordial e competente. Hotel tem uma otima estrutura principalmente quanto a relaxamento devido as massagens e termas, ótimo lugar para passar a semana para descansar. Só ficou um pouco a desejar no horário das refeições para bebe que poderia ter uma tolerância, porém compensa pelo atendimento da equipe.

Muito bom, mas o custo supera o que vale

Lugar realmente é muito agradável, porém o custo supera o que oferece. Comparando com hotéis e resorts que cobram o mesmo preço, o hotel deixa a desejar no quesito de atrativos e diversão. Vale pelo sossego, águas termais, boas refeições e atendimento muito cordial.

Se não fosse o chuveiro e a TV seria nota 10. O chuveiro não condiz com a categoria do hotel. Pouca água e fria. Quando abria a torneira quente, esquentava demais. Retorno do Grande Hotel

O hotel e o parque no entorno estão muito bem cuidados. Muito bom relembrar desse icone do turismo de MG. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e bem treinados. Café da manhã perfeito. A comida no restaurante a la carte, Chez Beja, diferente e deliciosa. Também com excelente atendimento. As Termas foram magnificamente restauradas e adoramos as massagens. Somente o quarto que era pequeno e embora os móveis tenham sido restaurados, ficaram abaixo do padrão do restante. O banheiro foi reformado também.
