An essential for us was a full kitchen. This retreat was built as a living suite for the owner's mother, and features a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Our host was genial, but left us to our privacy. Fully satisfactory! If we travel agin in these parts, we'll certainly try to stay there. (Also, really good barbecue in town!)

Beautiful little home. Very quiet place. The owners were very pleasant people. I was also greeted everyday when i came back from work by Cotton the dog.

This was a very nice B&B. My wife and i were in town for a convention and this was close enough but not right in the middle of town. We absolutely loved it.

Great location to fox hunt Shakerag Hounds

Loved this property the owner even made me dinner! I’ll be coming back Super conveniently located to fox hunting fixture and horse barn down the road!

This is a garage apartment that is outside the City of Athens. I was there for a football game and found this property to be priced fairly and very convenient. I will return and do recommend this location for those seeking a nice, fully-equipped and safe place. Go Dawgs!
