"Everything was just so nice from the check-in to the staff being extremely friendly did have a problem with my shower and maintenance came immediately and fixed it so everything was just perfect right in the shop area close to things it was just awesome"

"The staff was amazing. There were other occupants that were extremely loud and arguing early in the morning. The room need to be updated badly and had soft spots in the tub and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom."

"We were delighted with this hotel—from the welcome by the valet staff to every member of the property's team. We stayed in the Lotus Tower; the lobby, though small, was very cozy, spotless, and smelled wonderful. The room we booked for ten people was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with everything in perfect working order. The housekeeping staff, pool attendants, and servers all treated us with great kindness and courtesy. Every detail of the property was thoughtfully designed; we fell in love with the place and plan to return soon. Thank you to everyone who made our stay wonderful."

"The room was perfect and exactly as pictured and described. Check in process had some hiccups but ultimately everything went well and the staff was great with handling their new technology and the problems that come with it! Overall our stay was wonderful and we would recommended staying at Fisherman’s Village to anyone!"
