We stayed at Pleasant Valley Resort last week for our winter ski break and had a very good experience overall. One of the biggest advantages was the location — it’s very convenient and close to Crystal Mountain, which made getting to and from the slopes quick and stress-free. The resort was comfortable and practical for a ski trip, offering exactly what we needed after long days on the mountain. The quiet setting was also a plus, allowing us to relax and recharge. Overall, Pleasant Valley Resort was a beneficial choice for our winter break, especially for anyone planning to ski at Crystal Mountain and looking for a convenient, well-located place to stay.

Lives up to your name-Pleasant Valley Resort

I love that it was so quiet, didn’t hear neighbors next to us. Everything was clean, nice amenities, with comforts of home. It was a lovely quaint little town. And the people we ran into were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in northern Michigan.

Beautiful place to stay

We love our stay at Pleasant Valley Resort. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. The commons area was quaint and very welcoming. They have a lot of great amenities, even a cold plunge and outdoor sauna, cornhole, fire pits, beautiful outdoor seating and is directly across from a fantastic Diner! We look forward to returning. Thank you!!

When I looked at the review I saw it was a 10! I thought oh, no place is a 10, well this place is. Super clean well designed and provisioned. This is an older motel that has been upgraded. Great comfortable bed, nice kitchen with all the things u would need to cook a meal or two. Efficient bathroom that is super clean and has everything u need. Such a nice surprise! The check in is done on your phone and it went to junk mail folder. We got it straightened out pretty quickly. Just be aware more and more hotels are going to this system. I didn’t pay attention when it came in. I’ll stay there again when I come thru.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pleasant Valley Resort. Close to Lake Michigan and Arcadia Bluffs. We were in Cabin #9 and enjoyed the property amenities - including Hot Tub, Sauna, Cold Plunge, grills, fire pits, lawn games and pet friendly. Our cabin was missing toilet Paper when we arrived, but the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!
