- The villa has an internal surface of 150 square meters, a large private garden equipped with sun loungers and with 2 separate patio areas ideal for outdoor dining both equipped with two very original wooden dining tables, a barbecue and a fantastic wood oven perfect for cooking pizza. Inside the villa there is a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and a large fridge, a separate dining room with an old cast iron stove, a large living room with fireplace and 2 large sofas and armchairs with TV corner, 2 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms inside the room both with shower. Inside ceilings with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, with underfloor heating, vintage furniture add a lot of personality to the house. The villa is ideal for 5 people for both short and long stays.
