Our stay at Hyltor

No on site restaurant for evening meal, despite advertised as such. No Bar. No on-site secure parking, despite advertising same; only available on side streets.

Not a 4 star hotel

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. No 24h service reception, no restaurant, unclear if spa was working, no chairs or tables on the top floor terrace, no outdoor cafe seating. Breakfast ok, but old dry croissants. Padel court at the Hotel, but no possibility to lend rackets and balls. And Archena city as such, nothing at all to see. This was February -25.

La opción de Spa es carísima y ni te la ofrecen. No hay servicio de comidas o cenas. No hay recepción 24h Hay temas de mantenimiento a mejorar; el telefonillo de la ducha se cae, puerta con golpes. Hay una nevera comunitaria en el pasillo con opción de bebidas para los clientes, buena iniciativa pero hace mucho ruido. La opción gastronómica en la zona es muy limitada.

No entiendo como pone 4 estrellas, ni las instalaciones ni la habitación corresponde a esa categoría. Le sobran 2 estrellas . Ni siquiera tiene equipamiento mínimo, amenidades, el desayuno es menos que mediocre, cierran recepción a las 11 de la noche , no hay cocina, la manta es de esas que no te dejan dormir del picor, las almohadas dos iguales y pequeñas ademas de sumamente incomodas. NADA RECOMENDABLE

Hotel correcto, fácil aparcamiento. No tiene recepción 24h, amablemente te dejan la tarjeta en un cajetín y te envían privadamente el código, si llegas tarde. Mantenimiento debe mejorar, sanitario gotea, pintura techo baño desconchada.

Overnight stopover

We just wanted an overnight stop in an area where a group of us were walking which happened to coincide with peach blossom time in the area which was beautiful. Much about the hotel was fine but maybe in need of a little TLC here and there. Overall it was good value and served our needs adequately.

Comfortable hotel but many services closed

I found out that the spa was closed after booking the hotel. Also there was no breakfast available. Something that is not made clear on their website. However the room was was fine and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had massages which were very good

Solo para dormir y salir antes de que salga el sol

Camas y cojines incomodisimos, cortinas que no evitan la luz, con mucha falta de mantenimiento y limpieza en todo el hotel, el spa carisimo en muy mal estado y con grandes aglomeraciones( reservamos hora en el spa porque segun ellos asi evitan aglomeraciones y no entran más de diez personas, y para nuestra sorpresa al llegar alli es que habia mas de 30).

Muy buena estancia

Sin duda un buen hotel, es la segunda vez que repetimos en este mismo hotel. Estuvimos estupendamente, habitación amplia, buenos baños, todo muy limpio. Fuimos bien atendidos y tienen buen desayuno buffet, ....que rico los donuts, jeje. Volveremos sin duda.

Room 306 lots of problems with the room tiles loose toilet seat broken electric sockets in bathroom broken. breakfast served late no cooked breakfast on the second day...not sure it's four star

Pretty good

Excellent staff and a nice room, though it could use some repairs (particularly around the windows). For some odd reason, the shower temperature changed from boiling to freezing and back again for the entire shower. But the breakfast was worth every penny and the added benefit of fresh espresso was a nice touch.
