"The room had been tidy’d but not cleaned. The end tables hadn’t been wiped. The mattresses were old and stained. There were either mould or burn marks on the mattress. The floor was also stained. The heating/AC unit was disassembled for some reason. The elevator wasn’t working that night. I didn’t stay the night. The staff were very accommodating when I informed them of these concerns. They offered another room and it wasn’t much better than the initial room. The staff was very accommodating when I requested a refund. They worked with hotels.com to make this happen quickly. I don’t plan on staying there again. "
