The location of this hotel is excellent. You can park your car close by in a designated area without any problems. It is a charming hotel, very clean, with very friendly and eager to help staff. Breakfast was delicious. We walked from there to all the touristic sites. I would definitely go back there and I highly recommend !

This is an actual ABNB style accommodation, so there is no staff or room service etc. Plenty of things to do on foot all around, but you will also be in the middle of the nightlife so make sure you close your windows to the noise below. We stayed here and and really enjoyed the location. You can walk to everything from food to drinks and shopping. The restaurant next door is also very nice. Many nights I slept over in Patras, but never in such a warm, cosy and delicate room. The service is Excellent. The first night we asked for a cup of tea to bring up to our room and got tea in a tea pot and fresh cake. A friendly welcome and all without extra charge. The fridge had a platter with lots of fruit and a large water bottle also included in the price. The breakfast is served in the small - very good feel - lobby. There was no breakfast buffet but absolutly gƩnerouse enough....
